Trump Financial Advisory Independent Auditing Corporation (“Company”) aims to process personal data belonging to its real person customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and other legislation.

We hereby declare that your personal data that you have notified/will notify our Company and/or that is obtained by our Company externally through any means will be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, shared with institutions legally authorized to request such personal data, and transferred, assigned, classified to domestic or foreign third parties under the conditions stipulated by the PDPL, processed in other ways listed in the PDPL and subject to other transactions listed in the PDPL.

With the Information Text, it has been adopted that the activities carried out by Trump Mali Müşavirlik Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi will be continued and developed in accordance with the principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Law.
